I made a new xanga, but for some reason, it's really hard for me to leave this xanga.  I'm a loser. Hah.

Yesterday, I hung out with Kim for a little bit.  It was fun just talking & catching up on some things.  We should definitely do it again soon. <3

So I don't really have much to say except that, the Dish Network was finally fixed after 10380238 years. (And by that, I mean almost ever since summer started). Now I can go and catch up on my the-n shows like Degrassi.  Woo-hoo. Hrm, probably not until tomorrow though because I'm going to watch a movie later with the cousins in Milpitas.

Dude, I don't know if I have allergies.. or if I'm getting sick again. Ever since yesterday, I had a sore throat.  Then, today, my nose is runny and I sneezed a couple of times.  Argh.

I'm surprised by the fact that I haven't been able to blog or go online for a week and a few days now.  I haven't done much but quite a lot has happened.  Especially in the boy and/or love department, but I'll save that for my protected readers and people who will get phone calls from me about it.

I know I am terribly late but how was your 4th of July weekend?  Mine was a bore, except for the fact that I watched Coach Carter on Friday and went to go watch War of the Worlds on Saturday, which was really good!  I liked it a bunch!  On Sunday, however, I went to Reno with my Aunt, Uncle, Cousin Trinnie and four of their relatives.  The worst part was the car ride there and back.  Four of us girls were squished into a three-seater backseat.  I was poked or hit accidently for hours on end by this annoying little girl who took up so much seating space by spreading her legs and being comfortable, while I wasn't.  The best part of the trip was when we went to a neighborhood park by the house we stayed at.  I went on the swings<3 and my cousin took random pictures of me and even recorded me rolling down this one huge grassy hill.  I'll show it to you if you're lucky.   We also went to Circus Circus, where my cousin and I couldn't really do much because we had to watch the two girls.  I saw my cousin Peter at Circus Circus and later I saw my cousins, Krystal and Joann, my Aunts Kollena and Nina, and uncle Phoung while walking the streets in Reno.

For some reason while I was in Reno, I craved McDonald's.  Like a whole lot!  I couldn't stop thinking about it when I was hungry.   On July 4th, we went shopping in Reno.  It was okay, but I couldn't buy anything since I didn't bring enough $$ for that.  There were a lot of sales and I really wanted these slip-ons at WetSeal! They were cute! After walking around for a while and going to See's Candies, we went to WaldenBooks to read and freeload manga.  I read Peach Girl 5&6.  Now I need books 7&8.  Damn the library for not having it!  We went home later that night with only the lovely view of fireworks from afar.  AND the annoying girl poking and hitting me (accidently, while scratching herself), and not letting me fall asleep!  Because everytime I'm almost asleep, she pokes or hits me and I end up waking up from my almost-sleep.  Oh yeah, I got sick that day too, but I quickly recovered the next day.

This week has been filled with movie-watching with my uncle or brother.  When I should have started reading East of Eden, I was watching these movies:

I wasn't planning to, but today I went to the library to volunteer with Bonnie!  It was fun yelling at the copier machine and making copies, while some boy woos me. Haha.  Just kidding!

By the way, my horoscopes are quite believeable today.

I was quite mean today talking about a certain someone, wasn't I, Bonnie?  &FYI, I was planning on going to Los Angeles today with the cousins, but the trip was canceled.  What a bummer huh?

ASOFUASFOSHDFLJ OMFG. I forgot to mention that I finally received my grades! <3 and I think I did pretty damn well!

I haven't really been on the computer for hours on end since my last blog or watching television for hours on end either.  I'm a bit surprised but I suppose the only reason I'm not doing so, is because I go to the library to volunteer and met quite a lot of cool new people.  This past week, I went to the library, then I slept over at my cousin's house.  Pigging out on macaroni and cheese & brownies.  mmm...  we also watched Kicking and Screaming @ Cinelux Cinema Saver 10 in Milpitas. It was quite the enjoyable & funny movie. You should go watch it! We play board games, video games, listened to music & watched TV.  It was great.  Too bad we didn't go swimming.  Oh well, it's still June! 

Thursday was a busy day for me.  I had an ortho appointment then piano lesson.  I learned this new song which I like very much :) Later on around 2ish, I went to volunteer at the library again & hung out with Hieu afterwards.  We spent practically the whole day together.  It was fun.  After the library, we walked to his house and then I met his mom and his cute, but evil niece, Cindy.  Looked around & such.  Then, he walked me back home but then when we reached my house, I didn't want to go home just yet.  So we walked back to the library and hung out at park-like area behind the library and just sat & laid on the grass and talked.  He walked me home around 7ish and then he went home too.  Hrm, summer love?  Maybe. After that, I went running with my uncle until around 8:30ish.  Then we went to Albertsons to buy food to make spaghetti.  Yum yum!  Went home, showered, helped uncle cook, ate, watched TV, and then I read a bit of The Sun Also Rises & then I went to bed.  Busy Thursday I tell you.

Friday, I practiced the piano a lot.  Went to the library once more. 2ish until 5ish.  Sorted books for the booksale.  If you guys want to buy some books, you should go to the Tully Library right now.  The book sale will end around 3.  Anyway, after that, Hieu and I walked to my house but Hieu couldn't stay because my uncle was coming home soon to go running again.  Hieu walked home and called me, then said that he was going to walk back to my house.  But as he was walking back, my uncle came home so he stayed across the street.  Loser :)  So I went running with my uncle and Hieu went home and took a nap.  I ran a mile non-stop yesterday.  Woo hoo!  My thighs are a bit sore now. 

My plan for today and tomorrow is to read, read, read, clean, clean, clean, laundry, play piano but mostly read & clean.  No hanging out with Hieu or anyone today or tomorrow.  Call me if you want to talk maybe? I might not be able to talk. My mom might get on my case about it.   Hrm, I still need to return my calls from last night.  Vincent & Johnnathan called.  Aww :) I miss you guys. Weird how you guys called around the same time too.

I have a theory that if you spend all your summer days in front of the computer or TV, hours on end, you will kill many, many brain cells and die. I'm serious. I am experiencing it right now.  The symptoms are headache, more headache, laziness and hunger.

Anyway, my point is, I just feel so UGH! when I stay on the computer or watch TV for hours on end, not really using my brain.  It's better to actually use your brain, then go and relax, don't you think?  Hrmm, yeah.  Then I get hungry too, but I don't go eat until way later. I know--bad, very bad. =x

Oh, you know what else?  Eating a lot of junk food.  Omg.  Lately, I don't even eat "meals," I eat junk food and lots of it.  Especially on weekdays since I'm home alone half the day.  Bugels, brownies, hot cheetos and ice cream.  Not good, not good at all.  This morning, I woke up and my left side of my chest hurt when I breathe in deeply.  It still does.  This is not the first time it happened either.  I'm scared, but then again, I tell myself, "It'll go away" because it always does.  Sometimes it comes back though.

The other day, I was walking to the library, when this car across the street slows down and this middle-aged man asked me where the gas station was.  I was confused because the gas station is just right at the corner, but I was being nice and told him to turn left, go straight and then turn left again.  He said he couldn't hear me and so I repeated myself.  He thanks me and then goes, "You're beautiful."  I gave him this look like "What the heck?" and say, "Uh, thanks." He continues and says, "Very sexy." At that point, I was just thinking, "Omfg.  What is this?"  Once again, I go, "Thanks" and start walking away as fast as I can from the car, while he slowly drives away.  "Man, that was freaky," I thought and started walking even faster.  Soon, I start running.  It's not until I'm almost near the library that I stop and just walked.  I returned some DVDs/videos for mom and walked rapidly back home. 

Hmm, you know what I love?  Reading books!  And lots of them.  I love it with a passion.  Of course, I only like to read books that I'm interested in.  Duh.  So far, I've read, The Perks of Being A Wallflower and Stoner & Spaz. They were both really great books.  What's funny is, both books had drugs and sex in them.  Interesting right?  And trust me, I didn't know they're would be, really!  Hmm, I wonder what book I should read next.  A book for AP English or just a fun one?  Hmm, we'll see.
